I've spent a decade making dense enterprise software feel obvious.
My work sits at the intersection of AI product design, enterprise SaaS, and design systems — across HR tech, self-service analytics, and fintech. I've led 0→1 initiatives and high-impact revamps, usually as the sole or principal designer, working closely with PMs, engineers, and researchers to ship things that move real business metrics, not just pixels.
Lately that means pairing traditional UX craft with AI-assisted workflows — using tools like Claude and rapid prototyping to move from insight to working prototype faster, without skipping the thinking.
